Led by Roger Huet, a hospitality architect with over 27 years of experience across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Having worked on approximately 700 global projects. The Alder & Chase studio provides an expert-led team comprised of an award-winning architect, a sustainability specialist and a Senior Engineer. Together, we design and deliver fast-tracked, wellness-driven developments that integrate innovative architecture, technical services, ESG frameworks and digital innovation

Roger is a hospitality design expert for about 3 decades of experience accross Europe, Asia and Middle East. H has led technical services, feasibility, and design delivery for more than 600 hotel and resort projects, with brands such as Hyatt, Accor, Marriott, and more.

Bircan Tircun

Lead Architect

Bircan is and award winning architect with over two decades of experience designing luxury resorts, Wellness, and branded residences across Middel East, Asia. ....bring creativity and ensuring design vision stay intact form sketch to site.

Paul Alva

Sustainability & ESG Director

Paul has spend 20 years advising on green building certifications (Lead, Bream, Green star) and ESG reporting frameworks (Gresb, Saab) for hotels, mixed-use, and pueblo infrastructure. His strength lies in tailoring sustainability to business goals, not just compliance.
